Nokia Lumia 820 – many issues not resolved by the service centre.

I purchased Nokia Lumia 820 with IMEI No. 354589051103434. The Phone started giving trouble from day 1. 1.) The First issue was auto switch off of phone, which was resolved by the service center. 2.) The second issue is of low microphone volume. This issue persists from the day of purchase till today. The person at the other end is barely able to hear the call. 3.) The third issue is the volume level hangs at a certain level & then it doesn’t change till the time the phone is rebooted. 4.) The battery life has reduced & it drains quickly. 5.) The latest trouble emerging is of disturbance while hearing a call. The phone was submitted thrice with the nokia centre i.e on 28.03.2013, 12.07.2013 & 02.01.2014. The issues still persisted. Before depositing the phone for 3rd time,the matter was communicated to Nokia Head Office through mail. (Copy of entire trail of mail attached) & the Nokia office assured that this time the issue will be resolved on submission of phone. Accordingly the phone was submitted, but again it was returned without resolving the issue. The entire trail of mail make the things clear. The product suffers from technical deficiency & the Nokia India failed to provide the after care service though the product is in warranty. Everytime the matter is being dodged & the company has failed to provide any satisfactory reply despite heeding to their instructions of depositing the phone. The phone was submitted thrice with the nokia centre i.e on 28.03.2013, 12.07.2013 & 02.01.2014. The issues still persisted. Since the phone has caused technical troubles from the date of purchase itself, thereby, I request your Hon’ble authority to kindly direct the company either to :- 1.) Replace the handset in exchange of this faulty handset. or 2.) Refund the purchase amount. Since the product has already been deposited thrice, therefore the scope & question of repair does not arise. It was the responsibility of the organization to rectify the issues on depositing the phone at the first instance itself. But it failed to do so. Warranty is meant to give an assurance to the customer of the smooth & trouble free functioning of the product throughout & does not mean to restrict its meaning to mere assurance of the product working for 1 year. The conduct of the company implies the later meaning.
