Huge problems with Samsung phone with IMEI number 353743052307418/01 purchased on 20th August 2013. Barely after 20 days submitted at Noida Service Enter with the problem of over heating. Got back after 5 days saying that PCB is not available. Submitted to Gurgaon ASC the next day, received back after a day with software upgrade saying no issue found. Again submitted in December with the same issue. Got back the same day saying that software is updated and no problem found. Today the phone is showing charging but percentage is not increasing, While charging if I am switching off its restarting, If switched off and charging its not charging at all

I want a new phone or refund of my money apart from that at this initial level I don’t want any compensation.
