SIR..I WAS TAKEN A PERSONEL LOAN RS:100000(Rs:one lakh) on 23.11.2007 and the Syndicate Bank same loan account has been closed under OTS on 27.03.2014 and i get loan closure certificate from bank also. but after that i realized that the loan account case was still pending on chennai court.the bank will not intimate their advocate that the loan account was closed on last year so the case was still goon on court.Account no:60187170028019(60181550002270),Nungambakkam Branch.CHENNAI-600034
my loan closure detailed the bank will not informed their advocate so the case was goin on court and again they were recovered the money from my salary..so the bank want to informed court and withdraw my loan account case.
