Respected Sir, I am Soumitra and a customer of Aircel. My concern is, although I am paying money to get sms service from Aircel but not getting appropriate service from them. For the past 4 days I am not receiving any sms due to Network issue. I have called customer care of Aircel for 4 to 5 times but they are not ready to help me. Every time they are only assuring me that problem will be solved within 2 hr. My concern is as I am not getting services for these 4 days why they are not helping me by not taking any complain and not increasing the validity of sms pack. Thanks in advance. Soumitra
