Woodland had sold me a defective shoes of rs 3500, when i have informed about the defect they had taken it back to repair on 06/06/2015. they had informed me on the date 18/06/2015 that the shoe is ready but when i visited the store on 20/06/2015 they handed me a shoe stitched on elsewhere and unappropriated. when i asked about the concern over shoe they misbehaved with me and not even returned my receipt.

1) the shoe was worth rs 3500 which i had lost totally. 2)i am working with a renowned public sector bank and i was with me colleagues and many of my customers were around and they insulted me in front of all which is a huge loss of my image.
