This is with reference to wrong deduction of some amount from my debit card. I hold an account in Syndicate bank in Delhi Secretariat branch. An amount of Rs 4000/- has been wrongly deducted from my debit card on 29-11-13 i.e.last week. As per the retailer the deducted amount of Rs 4000/- has not been transacted to their account.A settlement slip of Rs 3000/- was provided to me which is attached below for your reference. In total an amount of Rs 7000/- has been deducted out of which i only signed for Rs 3000/- on settlement slip. Kindly look into the matter soon.The same issue has been reported to concerned branch and the retailer but they are not able to resolve it at their end.

Issue of deduction of wrong amount from my account has not been resolved both by the bank and the concerned company.I have been continuously calling and mailing both to reverse the deduction.In total Rs 7000/- has been deducted from my account though i was liable to pay only 4000 Rupees

I want either bank or the company (whosoever is responsible) to reverse my amount with due compensation of interest.
