This is to say that i ordered a ubislate 7cz (tablet) through online payment from the official website of the datawind ltd.(which is the manufacturer of the famous aakash tablet) i.e. www.ubislate.com for rs. 5999/- on date 01/12/12. it promised to reach me within 6-8 weeks but it really has not.moreover, the phone numbers which the company provides – 01832708525, 01832708500 and 1800-1802-180 are seldom attended. i e-mailed my complaint a number of times to the sales inquiry e-mail address of the company i.e. “sales@datawind.com” but they have never replied to my continuous mails. it has been about 5 months now that they have taken and never even listened to my complaints and views. this is definitely not the way the customers should be treated. i had to gift this ordered product to my daughter on her birthday but this desire has been unfulfilled due to the CARELESS ATTITUDE OF THE COMPANY WORKERS.

The Tablet costs Rs. 5999/-. And, it has been 5 months now. I want 20% interest per month and rs. 10,000/- to be provided to me by the company as the harassment relief.
