wrong billing of broadband

all uses from 15.10.2009 is shown between 10.30 pm to 1.30am which was actually logged between 2 am to 8 am which was in free time. but all uses has been shifted to not free time. please rectify it

bill related complaint

sir,
respectfully i want to say that, i have the broadband connection of Bsnl (kashipur) udam singh nagar since last 6 months and my plan was 500 night unlimited but in august last week i applied to convert my plan into 250( 1 gb free)
till september. but BSNL converted this plan after 25 september without inform me therefore now being unaware of this change i get Rs 3044

Internet connection not working

Hi Sir,

The BSNL internet broadband connection is not functioning at my home. We use a cable connection to the modem. Over the past one week, we have seen that the GREEN LED on the modem, which indicates the availability of Internet, is not glowing.
We are not sure what could have gone wrong. Kindly request assistance in resolving this issue.

Faulty Service

Respected Sir,

I have a BSNL Landline connection. The number is 0172-2563994. I had registered a compliant regarding fault in Landline phone and internittent non-functioning of Broadband one week ago but no one has bothered to turn up and rectify the fault.

Such neglience and poor service is highly unwarranted from the premier telecom operations agency of India.
