Waiving of Telephone Rental and Broadband charges of 2412899 for the month of Feb-Mar-09

I had applied on 31st January 2009 for shifting of my telephone no. 2412899 from my earlier residence at Amrit Bhawan, old Station Road, Udaipur to my new residence at 50, Subhash Nagar, Udaipur. I had also requested at the time of application for an immidiate disconnection of the telephone from my old residence.

Negligence and harrassment by BSNL services- Ferozepur

I have been a bsnl landline customer for many years without defaulting ever. In the month of November,2008 we had taken up a broadband scheme after paying a lump sum amount of 5618/- for an year. Wrong billing!

I had got a new connection a year ago. The plan that I wanted was Home500. But on the bill, the plan was showed home250. Home250 plan does not have night unlimited and has less amount of monthly free usage.
I never got my plan corrected. Still they are sending wrong bills. I have given many number of written complaints.

bsnl bills Rs.40000/- per month for broadband.. But usage shows only 3Gb

I am currently using bsnl broadband for 6 months. All very nice upto the last month. Today I received my bsnl bill for broadband use.

It is around Rs.40000/- and I am using HOME500C+ plan and I only used 2981MB.

It is total wrong billing by BSNL. HOW TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS IN CONSUMER COURT?.
