I had applied on 31st January 2009 for shifting of my telephone no. 2412899 from my earlier residence at Amrit Bhawan, old Station Road, Udaipur to my new residence at 50, Subhash Nagar, Udaipur. I had also requested at the time of application for an immidiate disconnection of the telephone from my old residence.
I have been a bsnl landline customer for many years without defaulting ever. In the month of November,2008 we had taken up a broadband scheme after paying a lump sum amount of 5618/- for an year. I had got a new connection a year ago. The plan that I wanted was Home500. But on the bill, the plan was showed home250. Home250 plan does not have night unlimited and has less amount of monthly free usage.
I never got my plan corrected. Still they are sending wrong bills. I have given many number of written complaints.

I have an issue of excess billing for broadband usage against the telephone no. 0194 2440420 (Srinagar, J&K) for the month of January 2009 for Home-Plan 500 (2.5 GB free) BSNL
I am currently using bsnl broadband for 6 months. All very nice upto the last month. Today I received my bsnl bill for broadband use.
It is around Rs.40000/- and I am using HOME500C+ plan and I only used 2981MB.
It is total wrong billing by BSNL. HOW TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS IN CONSUMER COURT?.
