Negligence and harrassment by BSNL services- Ferozepur
I have been a bsnl landline customer for many years without defaulting ever. In the month of November,2008 we had taken up a broadband scheme after paying a lump sum amount of 5618/- for an year. The broadband plan was 500(C) wherein it would ensure no rent for an year and 175 calls per month were to be provided free of cost under the plan. Continue reading
