I have this model and from last 2 month it creates some repeated problem and this model is in warranty now.
I m so harassed by this problem and I requested at the company care, but they don’t take responsibility and say that ‘this can be done by Othorised Dealer’.
I know that this is not the problem of DEALER, this is the problem of COMPANY.
before 3 days, there are some small orange spot showing on my display, constently it has grown and now on my display a orange big spot on the middle position is showing. i have gone to service center but they have said that it’s a broken case so we dont give any service, and gave me a written statement about the display damage. there is no any damage seems to be found on my mobile.
i sold a micromax mobile on 31/12/2009 and it has a warrenty period of six months but within two months sim 1 show inserted so i take it to angul micromax care . when i got back it after 20 days the second sim also show inserted so when i complaint about it they didnot accept my complain.
