Customer care not responding in a proper way
Hi,
This is regarding the customer care behavior. Most of the time I am facing issue with the talk time balance. sometimes they reduce my balance without informing me by activating some plan and whenever I ask for that they are not responding properly (very rude behavior) sometimes abusing also.

I have changed my no (9842611044) from Aircel Prepaid to Airtel Prepaid at time i have submitted all my documents in airtel office.Nov 26 my no was out of service.
