YOU HAVE COMPLETE MY COMPLAINT IN LAST FEW DAYS THIS COMPLAINT ABOUT ILLEGAL BALANCE DEDUCTION AND YOU REFUND MY Rs. 100 RUPEE BALANCE. BUT AFTER COMPLETING THIS COMPLAINT YOU ARE AGAIN DEDUCT ILLEGAL BALANCE FROM MY ACCOUNT. SO PLEASE CHECK AND AGAIN GIVE ME MY ILLEGAL DEDUCTION BALANCE Rs.40 RUPEE.

I took an Airtel connection submitting all my necessary documents on 20.11.2011 from one of telephone booth in Samudragarh, Dist. – Burdwan, West Bengal. lose of balance and inconveniences created by customer care executives

I have a number in my special 5 zone. from tomorrow spcial 5 scheme is not working.i.e, it is deducting usual rates which is more than 20paisa/mint.i have called up castomer care a number of times. but they r simply not coopering. i have asked for my complaint number, which i have not reveived yet. and the last executive to whom i have talked was worse. Unneccesary prepaid balance deduction

My Airtel number 9989069167 was having 302 rupees balance on 13 dec 2011. By 14 dec morning 11 am, all the balance was cut down to 3 rupees without making any calls or sms’s. I have received many call cost deduction messages like “airtel call/sms cost is rupees 1.00 “, many times and balance got deducted by nearly 300 rupees.
