Money Paid but not properly recharged
I recharged my prepaid mobile number for Rs 200. But it didn’t get properly recharged. Talktime increased by Rs.1 for MRP Rs 200. When contacted customer care, they said my 3G account got recharged and they cannot help me in this. My phone does not have any 3G feature(Nokia basic phone). So what can I do now?
