Balance amount is getting deduced whenever i dial ISD calls.As soon as i press on call button its showing the call is answered even with out ringing.It happened 4 times on 7th Feb(11/call).Contacted customer care and their response was literally bad. Continue reading
Sir, my airtel no. is 9901851136. On my this no. HT automatically activated number of times without my request, and rupees 118 have been charged for this. Again and again airtel activating HT and I request to deactivate the same, they deactivate for one day and next day again they activate HT, like this four -five times they activated HT on my mobile till the balance money became zero. Airtel have cancelled my phone number withour any prior notice. My prepaid number was 9880242894. I was holding this number since 2004. Also there was an existing amount or approx. 2300 INR which they digested. The reason they gave was I was not using it for more than 150 days. But I was using it frequently.
