i had opted for sms plan in which local sms rates will be 1paisa/sms against which re.1/- will be credited from my account. later, i didnt require the service any more. so requested to deactivate the service. but the customer care exec. said that the service cannot be deactivated and the deduction of re.1/- shall be going on getting deducted for life long.
