regarding unsatisfaction

i was not satisfied with the call rate and thus i had applied to portoutfrom airtel. but a few days later airtel office customer care people called me to convince that i contonue with the same network by giving deduced call rates. this offer lasted only days and original call rate started again. this process was done four times i suppose but i am tired of contiuning to call the customer care. I am an Airtel prepaid services user since long and right now frustrated due an incident that shook my trust on Airtel.

I bought a new Prepaid Airtel SIM ( Number- 8527202201) around 1st week of October 2011 and I bought it from a shop where I used to go since long and filled the papers myself and submitted all the documents.
