This is Pranoy Sinha (pranoy.sinha1@gmail.com) from Khardah, kolkata -700116, a web developer by profession. My PC is running with WIN XP with SP2. I have purchased a BSNL 3G SIM Card with Teracom data card – model no: LW273 (having speed 7.2 mbps mentioned in the device) on 30/5/2011 from a BSNL exchange here in Barrackpore,24Pgs(N), West Bengal.

Regarding stopagge of 19/- (Rupees Nineteen Only) per month

I have a BSNL Cellone prepaid connection bearing No. 9416507374 . It is intimated that without my permission a sum of Rs.19/- is deducting from my number every month. I have complained earlier also, but nothin happened. I request that the above charges, for all the months, should be reversed and I should be given the credit for the same. unnecessery deduction form my pre-paid accound

I have been requesting BSNL since last three months to deactivate my caller tunes but every time an amount equal to the charges of caller tunesfor a month have been deducted. This time on 4th July I complained to the customer care about this and asked my complaint number and again requested them to stop my caller tunes, and they assured me that the caller tunes will be stoped within 24 hours.
