hello my prepaid mbl no. is 09829066990 airtel rajsthan i had gprs pack 98 rs for 30 days on my number. as 30 days completes company has re-newed my gprs 98 pack as company deducated 98 rs. frm my main balance. as i didnt need to re-new this pack. when i called cousmer care. company told that it is not our duty to remind u abt 30 days completed.
