I vigorouly tried validity recharge of various denominations, but was not successful for reasons best known to airtel. Dear Sir,
I am presently consumer of Airtel Bharati Mobile Service. After receiving a call from their service center my balance has been deducted by some rupees,
after contact to the customer service i have came to know that it was for receiving that call.
I have not asked for any hellotune , they automatically started hellotune on my mobile.and deducted 30 rupees.
when i have asked on consumer care ,they are saying u have pressed some button during call. but i have not. They should asked before starting the service,its wrong way .
