I have regd my nos under DND in HDFC as well as Tele Service Provider almost since a year
HDFC still keeps on calling for diffrent offers. Today also Mr Karthik called up from BTM layout – Security Servises office.
Every time they apologize and assure wont call back. Every month 2-3 calls continue to come. Pls advise action.

HDFC Bank IT Dept guys don’t even know how to validate an e-mail address of a customer. Some stupid customer has given my address and they keep spamming my account with offers from Pizza Hut, Promotions etc
Despite asking them to remove my address, the request is not fulfilled.
I am registered to Do not disturb services in the month of november and my service is activated from Jan 14 2009 but still i get calls from HDFC , Country club. Daily i recieve around 10 – 50 such unwanted calls. Please give me a way to get rid of these calls or to complain against such callers. Continue reading
I have registered my number in DND.
I keep getting calls from HDFC bank for credit cards. I mailed there customer support for informing them that my number is in DND list.
In response they told me that my number is not in “their” DNC list so I must go and register there.

I had registered my cell number 9823119302(vodafone) in DND by SMS in last week of November-2008. I was asked to wait for 45 days for 100% stoppage of telemarketing calls. 45 days get completed on 15/Jan/2009. On 21/Jan/2009 at 11:35 a.m., I received a call from Ms. Geeta of HDFC Bank, Shivaji Nagar, Pune from cell number 9923200478 for telemarketing.
I would like to share my experience about the Business Process in HDFC Bank Credit Cards division.
I had called for some query offered and the executive offered me a credit limit increase which i declined. However, that moron raised the limit against my wishes and has put a note saying “On customer request”.
