Complaint regarding subscription of unwanted Game services by customer care and deducted balance.

I am very disappointed with your service, because without subscribing to Game subscribed by you and money has been deducted from my account on Yesterday Rs.40/- detected from my account.

my question is why you people deducting money without subscribing to the services and this is not the first time its has happened….

Disconnection of number

My no. +919902055667 and it got disconnected on 23rd december 2011 because it was idle for more than 60 days from the customer service representative i got to know about this. He requested me to submit all the details to reactivate within 7 days to get the same mob number. but when i went to local airtel outlet in Mangalore, Karnataka, they said its not possible at all to re activate. 3 months ago i have converted my mothers dolphin no9869019968 to airtel by submitting all documents, inspite of giving all documents her no. was discontinued in last month, again i gave all her documents at your fort gallery. but i regret to inform you that her number is discontinued again without giving any valid reason. Tariff changed without notice

I had taken up a scheme with Airtel where Airtel was offering 50paisa/min local/STD, validity 1 year.

For that I had done some amount of recharge and they said that it will be valid for one year.

On 5.12.2011 suddenly my call tariffs were changed from 50paisa/min local or STD, to 60paisa/min. Months before the one year time period would expire.

This is a clear fraud from the company.
