my name is uttam kumar and i am from kakri, sonebhadra, u. p. (231224) contact no. 9919762xxx. i was enrolled in l1 coaching centers unit which was newly opened in anpara, sonebhadra. during the time of admission i and my parents interacted with mr. kanhiya who was then manager at anpara coaching center. he promised me to give quality of education from the teachers qualified mostly from iit and atleast from niit, they also promised to take test on the basis of what was taught, provide doubt classes, separate classes for students who took admission afterwards and many more offers and promises during the time of admission and took rs 20000 as first installment of my fees from my parents. when i started attending the classes for physics, chemistry, mathematics for about 1 months maths teacher was out of service i mean he was absent and when he came chemistry teacher went i studied at coaching for 4 months and chemistry teacher changed 3 times, maths 3 times. and all time new teacher used to come he would start new topic rather to complete the half taught topic left by previous teachers. many a times i complained and they used to reply by saying that you should be happy that there are teachers at least teach there are many centers where there are no teachers only and they used to say this things very rudely and most importantly no teacher did belong to niit or iit which was bad thing
i want that l1 coaching to take all the responsibility for wasting my money, time ( which is worth value for money) i want them to pay me 1 year expense of coaching center in kota so, that i regain my knowledge
