I have ordered a micromax unite2 mobile phone in the online shopping site Mulyashop.com and paid Rs.5317 through ICICI bank gateway. Till now the product has not even dispatched and they are not even planning to do that it seems. From the reviews from the other customers I understand that they are real online frauds and they have not delivered a single product till date. No proper customer care numbers are available. After lot of mails to their email id they replied twice asking me to wait and still no progress. They will use the money for some other business and after a long time they will say the product is out of stock and will continue to give wrong commitments for refund. This is their usual procedure. All the products are available on their site anytime even if they say out of stock and the payment method has no delay. Please help me to get the product or my money back as soon as possible and punish these criminals before they trap more people.
