Dated: 24th January 2015 To, The S.H.O. Sonia Vihar Police Station Delhi-110094 Sub: Please help us-Complaint cum request Respected Sir/Madam, I, Yogesh Kumar Singh s/o Mata Prasad r/o C-3/272, Gali no-2, 2nd Pusta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi-110094 would like to request you that my father is in a great trouble. I pray you with folded hand to help him. My father is a member (Membership No-0342) of a Co-Operative Society called “The Purvanchal Co-operative T/C Society Ltd. (Regd. No-10196/NE/T/C/2008) situated at C-1/299, Gali No-9, 3rd Pusta, Sonia Vihar, Delhi-110094. My father is a Govt. employee in MTNL and he is of 58 years. He applied & took loan three times from the society of Rs. 50000, 10000 and 100000 respectively and he has been re-paying his last loan of Rs. 1lac honestly. The society’s representative (Mr. Anil) has trapped my father along with Mr. Satender (membership no-0664) and his wife Ms. Poonam (Membership No-0229). They took my father’s signature on Mr. Satender & Ms. Poonam’s loan paper as a surety fraudulently. They all misguided him and told him that it was the formalities for his own loan. My father did not know anything about Mr. Satender & Ms. Poonam’s workings and their financial conditions. They all trapped my father together under a pre-planned conspiracy and made him co-surety for 4-5 unknown people’s loan. Mr. Satender and his wife Ms. Poonam (who resides at A-524,Gali No-14, A Block Part 5, Near Mithila Chawk, Sonia Vihar, Delhi-94) got loan of Rs. 1 lac each even Mr. Satender and his wife were not eligible to get loan from any financial institution as they did not have any proof of Income, No house & No Property, No CIBIL score whereas Mr. Satender had a bad credit history & he could not repay his first loan of 50K to the Society. Actually when my father (Society’s Member) applied for loan from the above mentioned Society, he was asked to submit following documents to get a loan: 1. 3 months salary slips 2. Office I-card 3. 3 months Bank statements 4. Property’s paper 5. Address proof 6. ID Proof 7. 10 undated blank signed cheques But when Ms. Poonam & Mr. Satender Kumar (Wife, Husband & Society’s Member) applied for their loan, they were not asked to submit such documents even society knew the following facts but the Society gave loan of Rs. 1lac each to both Ms. Poonam & Mr. Satender: 1. She is not employed but a housewife 2. She has no source of income 3. Both have no house & no property 4. Her husband had been a defaulter earlier in his first loan of Rs.50k. 5. He lived from hand to mouth only In my view, rules and regulation should be same for all members but in this case principal debtors were favored and supported. Actually Mr. Satender was like Society’s agent. He brought and introduced members for the society and the Mr. tenderer had very good relationship with the society that’s why the society’s representative (Mr. Anil) wanted to help Mr. Satender but wanted to secure the
