I am complaining on behalf of my mother Mrs. Mithlesh Khare who have a joined LIC Policy (Policy No: 210453741) with my father Late S. P. Khare. Following policy maturity date was 16-10-210 and I have submitted all my documents on 31-11-2012 (receipt no: 16129) it has been 2 years and till now i have not received any amount of my policy which i suppose to get after the maturity date. For this claim i have also given reminder but till now no action has been taken by the center where i have submitted my policy documents, even if nobody has informed me about my policy. I have also visited LIC Office of Lucknow Division and tried to register complaint but Circle Manager has declined to accept my complaint on written. He has assured me to check why following policy is coming under “PURI FCN OFF” and do something but till now he has not taken any action on this issue i have already escalated to LIC of India, Lucknow branch but till now nobody has reverted on my mail. We want the complete Maturity Amount along with the Interest Rate. Maturity Amount in Rs. 20,000 Maturity Year – Jan 2010 Rate of Interest 18% Year which has been passed Amount which I suppose to get (In Rs) 2011 23,600 2012 27,848 2013 32,861 2014 38,776 2015 45,755 so this is the final amount for which we are raising the complaint.
