महोदय, नमस्कार.
अक्सर भारतीय रेल की ओर से सुविधाओं के बारे में बड़े बड़े दावे किये जाते है, वास्तव में हम मुसाफिरों को रेल गाडी के सफ़र में बहुत सारी दिक्कते आती है. दिन में सफ़र करने पर भी रात्रि भाडा ( आरक्षण के वास्ते ) चुकाना पड़ता है, उस के बावजूद गाड़ी में आरक्षण डिब्बे में हमें बैठने नहीं मिलता. बहुत ही संक्षेप उदहारण के साथ लिख रहा हूँ.

Refund amount
2 months my land phone was out of order, somany time complained, after a lapse of two months phone has worked, but payment was raised during that period. I have deposited and requested a letter for refund/adjust the amount. But till date Deptt. not refunded or adjusted the money. My phone No is 05644- 234192.

I found a missed call on my cellphone, when i callback the massage was “u have won the lottery of 25 lacks and write a number 00923478383772 named Rohit Sharma who call u and give ur money”
but when i search about it a found a lot of fake calls from +92 .
I thinks there are many people trouble with the problem.
