I had lodged a complained against Airtel for forfeiting the balance of Rs.418/- in my account on 16.11.2009 for my Prepaid Mobile No.9967587899 on this site. The company does not seem to care. I had balance of Rs.418/- on my prepaid Mobile No.9967587899 on 16/10/2009. The Validity had expired on 7/10/09. I vigorouly tried validity recharge of various denominations, but was not successful for reasons best known to airtel. I have registered for the DNC a long back in 2007. with the call registration number as F1001389141. However, I still get a lot of calls and numerous messages that I have even taken up with Airtel helpdesk. However, the response that I got is that since these are the the non-Airtel people who are doing this, we do not have any control over it.

I regret to write that on 22.9.09 night my balance prepaid refilling shown was Rs.83/- but when I saw the balance Rs. 50/- on the morning of 23.9.09 I was rather very much surprised to see how it could happen when I have not made any telephone calls to anyone. How Rs. 33/- was automatically deducted from my refilled of Rs. 83/-
