My policy no 01012694 was submitted for partial withdrawl on 12.10.2010 and i was told that within 7 days the amount will be deposited in my bank account. the amount from the policy was deducted on 12.10.2010 itself but on enquiry on 22.10.2010, i am told that the policy is still in process and may take time. when the process is not completed then why my policy account has been deducted.?
