Company claims that the bandwidth is up to 144 kbps.But the actual speed is very low(40-45kbps) which I get.I am also paying very high amount(Rs-801/-) than other service providers for accessing this connection.And the connection is not good also. The cheque has been cleared without getting the connection…i tried to call the executive but that fellow is not giving proper response…pls take necessary action…

I am reliance mobile customer. They have activated caller tune in my mobile without my confirmation. I don’t know how much amount they have taken for that activation.
Now when I am calling their customer care number each executive is telling me to call after 2 hours and we will unsubscribe your activation.
