I have been using Reliance Wi max internet for past 3 months, after paying the bill for this in advance.
These guys are really harassing us, i mean firstly we were never told by their technician that the wi max product doesn’t come under the coverage area that i live in.
Secondly we are facing problems like frequent disconnection from the server and very low uploading/downloading speed.
I took connection of reliance pre-paid from city of Ahmednagar from Balaji Enterprises around 17th Jan,from outlet with sim activated & all needed proof of ID and address submitted .service went on fine until 24th when i got a STD free voucher with validity of 30 days for Rs799/.

I had taken a GSM number (9017584085) on 19.01.2009 MONDAY . The service was not activated up to now. the service was free talk time during 11.00 pm to 6.00 am and Rs. 10.00 is also not coming till now so , please you are requested to activate above listed service on my mobile as soon as you can thanks a lot .
