I took connection of reliance pre-paid from city of Ahmednagar from Balaji Enterprises around 17th Jan,from outlet with sim activated & all needed proof of ID and address submitted .service went on fine until 24th when i got a STD free voucher with validity of 30 days for Rs799/.
I got couple of messages from then that i need to re-submitt my documents,i was out of town & could not contact my agent.
when i reached Ahmednagar,I contacted my agentfrom BalaJi enterprises & he assured me that my service will be fine as it takes some time to get papers processed & that i can contact reliance customer service for any other
details.
I also contacted customer service on 31st Jan at 1pm & a agent named Chandra mohan assured me that my service will b fine & everything should be fine about the service.
After this my service was debarred on 1st Jan,intimating through a SMS& service was debarred after that.
After that I called customer care & fought the case with them.but they were telling the same story that the veriication has been done & address did not matched.
I took this connection on name of my brother-in-law Maj Ashutosh Sharma who lives in cantonement ,MIRC(Mechanised Infantry Regimental Center)& this is officers accomadation & there are nochances of any discrepancy ,what so -ever.Because of this problem i am also loosing time & money on my 1 month Free Reliance to reliance connection.
All this is causing agony & frustrationThere fore i request you to take appropriate action & help me as a customer & also future customers from facing any such problem in future because of the negligence & carelessness of these so called big corporate companies with big promises to customer.Tha Mobile no i was assignes was under th e name of Maj Ashutush Sharma,Instructor,MIRC,Ahmednagar& no assigned is 9373085148.
