I carry HSBC Platinum credit card and an additional card on this. The additional card was blocked on 16/07/2011. After blocking there has been fraudulent transctions on this blocked card on 19 July and 24 sept.2011. The total amount of this fraudulent transactions is INR 21000+. On 21-Jan-10 early morning hours three fraudulent transactions were carried out by unknown people on my credit card. I already declared these transactions as unauthorised and fraudulent on the same day morning as a reply to HSBC’s e-mail alert. I am availing HSBC Gold Credit Card, though I am not using it but I am getting calls from Delhi Office from Credit Card dept. of HSBC on frequent basis on my office landline, when I tried to register myself in DND list, particular link is not opening
For last few weeks I am getting calls around 3 times in a day, that is harassment, because when I am sitting in the office
I have already registered through airtel on 25/12/2008. My reference number for Registration is S1009038826.
Even though lately i have been recieving calls from various companies, for credit cards, loans. This is annoying.
Please sort this issue out.
