I purchased a bsnl data one connection, as per the terms and the tarrif plans set by them. i took the 1350 unlimited pack and it took almost one week for them to provide the connection.
and i was amazed to see that the connection is not working as per the plan, as i am supposed to get 512 kbps speed where as the maximum speed i got so far is 86 kbps

I have the dataone plan 500C and i m getting the download speed around 40KBps. I complained about the speed but they guys dint do anything. Helpline and complain no. are busy most of the time. They place the receiver off and dont attend the calls. Continue reading →
