BRAND NEW MOBILE HAS A PROBLEM

HI ALL,

I have bought a new Samsung Galaxy S2 Bill Dated 21 Dec 11 from the day itself my mobile turns off when i listen to music .Then i Vistied Samsung Service Center on 26DEc but still they could not repair my handset .Is this what you provide a new handset that a smart phone .I would like to have a quick reply on this complaint .
