I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 10 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.

2. Tune renewal-Rs.10 at 2:26PM

I had a reliance Postpaid number 09302395533 which was registered in DND on 10 Jan 08, but in Jan 09 I changed my SDCA to NCR now my number is 09311544758 and when I sent a message to 1909 to start DND I got a reply that you are already registered on Jan 10 2008, but still I am getting SMS and calls from reliance. Please do something to stop these unwanted calls and sms.
