Billing Issues
I have availing the post paid service of Idea(Super T-549 plan). I have also availed for SMS pack for Rs. 30 per month, but everytime I am being charged Rs 60 per month.
I had called up the customer care desk once and they said that they have deducted Rs 30 for current month and Rs 30 for next month. But this should have been done only for the first time and not everytime.

sms are not stoped after reg.dnd since one year
Dear sir,
I Reg. My cell no : 9824002593 for DND in November,2007.After that even such a long time yet im reciving sms from telemarketor, I Reg my complain 4 times to M/s Idea Cellular ltd.All the time they give me assurance tha now onwords i will not disturbed by any sms or call.
after several complains,stil i reseving sms from verious parties.
Requast u to look into matter & do needful.
Harrasment of customer
On 4th of June i agreed to change my prepaid number (9990472796) to postpaid and for the same paid the Rs 500/- and submitted the documents too.
