On 4th of June i agreed to change my prepaid number (9990472796) to postpaid and for the same paid the Rs 500/- and submitted the documents too. From that day onwards i’m still waiting for my Postpaid plan to get activated and on top of that Calling Customer Care provide me no help instead says”We can’t do anything’. I’ve submitted all the documents as required again in Daryaganj Idea centre on 20th and it seems like i’m again in the Infinite Long Queue where i’m standing at the last .
