I use BSNL prepaid connection ( 9482013645 ). I added the same number for online banking for SBI (State Bank Of India). I am not getting verification code from bank as SMS which is very important in banking.

I am not able to update my mobile number to my account in www.google.com, www.yahoo.com and www. indyarocks.com because of this problem. (If I am not getting verification code from these as SMS I cannot update my mobile number).

I called several times to the customer care service and they irresponsibily says that problem is with all these people not with BSNL.

This mobile number is a new series and it should be updated properly in their own database, which they are not accepting and they are not worried to correct this problem
