My telephone No is 0891-2794681, I have registered a complaint regarding replacement of my BSNL land line instrument several times in the SEETHAMDARA, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh exchange. annual payment for broadband (Rs 5000/-) has beeb charged from me in the month of October 2008 without giving my consent. Now since BSNL is giving 20% discount for broadband users, I may also be given same discount.
