Our landline has been dead since two days. We have no bill payment dues. We have broadband connection too and we are facing many problems due to this. When incoming phone comes the voice is not clear and so that we can not hear properly. Please look into this matter.

I had also requested at the time of application for an immidiate disconnection of the telephone from my old residence.
