had purchased a 4 GB spy pen from Naaptol.com. My order number was 43470. The Pen drive was faulty means not working properly so i had sent back to Naaptol.com and i got back within 15 days. But the second one also faulty and sent back to Naaptol.com on 4th Jan 2010 and then i could not received…i called 15 times to Naaptol customer care but they are not giving proper reply. with due respect i Ashutosh Sahu beg to state that i bought a ups in may 2008 of intex..But after 3 months of working it started to show problems..
Then i visited intex service center and repaired there,
Sir We are running an computer instiute in erode(BSS Computer College) for the past 1 and half years.A new Company called (BSS IT mission) is started nearby our centre.They are creating confusion in the name of our logo and name and the reasons they are telling is not acceptable.So please kindly consider this issue since our reputation is getting spoiled because of their activities.
