My Pre-paid Mobile No. 9450278711. I RECEIVED SMS TO SUBSCRIBE FOR FEMINA ALERTS. IT did NOT have the PHONE NUMBER/HEADER OF THE SMS ( I COULD NOT SAVE THE SMS). Rs 30/- was DEDUCTED FROM MY A/C. on 20th December without my consent.Please CANCEL my subscription and take action against the UCC.

I had subscribed for Bigflix 3 months (limited) promotional offer and was told that I would be entitled to a scratch card which would lead to certain gifts being gift free of cost. I was not told of any additional costs at that stage. The Scratch Card invariably contains Benetton Sunglasses.
