I had booked a 3 bedroom flat with Achievers Builders Faridabad in August 2006. I have paid them Rs. 1050000 till now and the construction work has not started. Since the project has got delayed by almost 3 years, i have been asking the builders for refund for last 2 years. Please let me know how to proceed and which consumer court to apply.
