I am customer of bsnl west Bengal from last 6 year.On 20/01/10 suddenly, my mobile balance was decreased.I complained to customer care service on that day.They assured me that my balance would be returned & also said that there was a technical fault.Now twenty four weeks have passed but I have got rs. 50 only on 20/01/2010.
