I HAVE RECEIVED A MESSAGE STATING THAT ” FREINDZ CHAT SERVICE HAS BEEN RENEWED AND I HAVE BEEN CHARGED RS.30/- FROM MY ACCOUNT” ON 21.10.2009
THIS DEBIT WAS MADE WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND AUTHORISATION.
THE SAME WAS DONE LAST MONTH , WHICH I IGNORED BEING A SMALL AMOUNT.
BUT THIS PRACTICE OF AIRTEL IS CONTINUING.

I would like to deactivate the gclub subscription. Earlier it was deducting on monthly bais (Rs. 15/mth) now it is deducting fortnightly. I am facing this problem since Jun-09. I was tried so many time to customer care, but didn’t got solution.

for my mobile number i have activated the hello tune on 1/09/2009 but till date they have not activated the hello tune and if i call them they are keep on asking for extending the time from 01/09/2009 till date. i have called them for more then four times and even at the last time when i called them i requested them to even deactivate the hello tune but they are not activating or deactivating.
