I own two airtel prepaid mobile no.9894708163& 9789295865. For my personal reference, I decided to apply for detailed bill for my mobile 9789295865. In this regard I contacted customer care and send a sms requesting bill for aug09 followed by my present postal address as per their directions. Dear Sir,

I am presently consumer of Airtel Bharati Mobile Service. After receiving a call from their service center my balance has been deducted by some rupees,
after contact to the customer service i have came to know that it was for receiving that call.

Unsubscribe packs-balance is debited

Dear sir/madam,
My airtel prepaid no is 9987877651.
Last week i was debited rs.30 from my balance automatically without any notification to me.When i enquired about it, i came to know that u have susbscribed me for audio movie which i never used in last one month as i never knew it.
Now yesterday again rs.1.50 is debited as the charge for love shayari which also i have not subscribed for.
