airtel prepaid non receipt of bill

I own two airtel prepaid mobile no.9894708163& 9789295865. For my personal reference, I decided to apply for detailed bill for my mobile 9789295865. In this regard I contacted customer care and send a sms requesting bill for aug09 followed by my present postal address as per their directions. I received a letter by courier and I found a bill of somebody’s number 9944781960. I returned back the bill to the origin and requesting them to send my bill. There was no response from the AIRTEL.
Later on 10.10.09 applied for bill for the month of sep 09 (ref:16551) following the same procedure. I have not received the bill till date. In this regard, I lodged a complaint on 1.11.09 with customer care with ref no.1101173076 and frequently followed up on 6,9,16,&23.11.09.
At last they told me that the bill was dispatched to me to my previous address ie my address during getting the connection. I confirmed the matter with my old address and came to know the bill was returned back to the sender. In this connection, I once again contacted the higher official in customer care on 26.11.09 and get reply that they will send the letter only to the registered address and not to the furnished in our request. Further I requested the officer what to do to get my bill again. She replied that apply once more by paying Rs.50 again. What a joke!. Even if I pay what is the surety to get my bill to my present address.
I do not understand how my first request was accepted and send to my present address (even though it is a wrong bill) and the later send to my registered address given while getting connections. It is very clear that AIRTEL is minding only to increase their revenue and not to customer satisfactions.
