I have purchased a post paid connection in 2005. my number was 9815522227, it was a silver number. after some year when the company starts the life time validity scheme then I convert my connection to postpaid to prepaid. at the time of conversion the executive of the company store M/s Renee Telpoint, Sector-11, Panchkula said that I have to recharge this number in a six month for Rs. 200/- only. not able to use recharged balance

Hi Sir

This is with reference to my prepaid number 9845866364(Bangalore). Now,

I’m in Gurgaon(Roaming). I had recharged this number in Gurgaon with

RC200 after getting the information that it gives full talktime of

unwanted telemarketing calls from mobile operator

Inspite of being registered in NDNC, I am getting atleast 2-3 Telemarketting calls daily from airtel hello tunes number 9893030511. Even after complaining to airtel customer service i am continously getting these types of calls.

Please resolve the issue andtake necessary actions as early as possible.
