The above mentioned company in its pamplets and other paper advertisements mentions that all sms’s are charged on national and regional holidays irrespective whether the consumer has recharged with bonus tariff vouchers or not.
However the aforesaid company all of a sudden has been sending notifications to its customers that all sms will be charged at normal tariffs on the 31.12.2009 irrespective whether the customer has re-charged with bonus tariff vouchers or not despite the above mentioned date being a normal working day.
